Kim motivates her clients to achieve their fitness goals and enhance their lifestyles. She has 10 years of personal training experience and works with a wide variety of individuals – from new parents to former athletes.

As a marathon runner, cyclist, and snowboarder, Kim has a holistic approach to fitness. She stresses proper form and has experience working with first-time gym members, people recovering from injuries, and new moms. 

Kim enjoys building relationships with clients and helping them feel confident in and outside of the gym. She is currently taking new clients at Fremont Health Club as well as in-home/on-site – contact her for an initial fitness assessment or to learn more about her services!
